For us it is no new experience because we at some point of our past life might have come across stress related to business or work. If continued you lose your self esteem and you start feeling that you are inadequate and in the process self confidence and self esteem.

- You are eternally tired and grow alarmingly thin or fat. You are always complaining and grumpy. You face sleeping issues due to the continuous racing of thoughts in your mind.
- You get irritated at work and with your colleagues or workforce, you start throwing temper tantrums and start crying
- You feel difficulty in remembering names of your kith and kin, or passwords
- You tend to get frequently ill or prone to accidents. In advanced cases you start taking drugs or anti-depressants and become addicted to them
