Each Time on Safa and Marwah Dua

When performing the Sa’i between the hills of Safa and Marwah during Hajj or Umrah, it is recommended to recite the following dua each time you ascend these hills. This dua is a way to remember Allah and seek His blessings during this important ritual.

Transliteration:

Allāhu Akbar, Allāhu Akbar, Allāhu Akbar, lā ilāha illallāh waḥdahu lā sharīka lahu, lahu al-mulku walahu al-ḥamdu yuḥyī wa yumītu wa huwa ʿalā kulli shay’in qadīr, lā ilāha illallāh waḥdahu lā sharīka lahu, anjaza waʿdahu wa naṣara ʿabdahu wa hazama al-aḥzāba waḥdahu.

English Translation:

Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest. None has the right to be worshiped except Allah alone, without a partner. To Him belongs all sovereignty and praise. He gives life and causes death, and He is over all things omnipotent. None has the right to be worshiped except Allah alone, without a partner. He fulfilled His promise, aided His servant, and single-handedly defeated the allies.
